Workload

The introduction of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 means that it is not possible to make direct comparisons with current data and data prior to April 2005 as the Act introduced new orders e.g. the Suspended Sentence Order which did not previously exist and also introduced the all-embracing Community Order which contained within it requirements that had previously been counted as separate orders.
