Suffolk Probation Area operates a pension scheme via Suffolk County Council which staff can opt to join.

Suffolk Probation Area offers staff corporate membership of HSA, which offers dental, optician, counselling and diagnostic services.

Flexible Working

Childcare Vouchers

The organisation has a contract with Busy Bees, through which staff can buy childcare vouchers.

Employee Assistance Programme

Suffolk Probation Area employees have access to a 24 hour confidential specialist information and counselling service, run by Accor Services, providing information and practical help, as well as financial, legal and emotional support.

Cycle to Work scheme

Suffolk Probation Area operates a Cycle to Work scheme, which enables employees to buy a bicycle to use for at least part of their journey to work, at a reduced cost, with payments made through equal payroll deductions over 12 months.
